Services

Estimates and Pricing

Additional work, unforeseen conditions, code requirements, or customer-requested changes may result in additional charges. Customers will be notified of significant changes whenever possible before work proceeds.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may require deposits, progress payments, or other payment arrangements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Customers are requested to provide reasonable notice if an appointment must be rescheduled or canceled. Griffin Electric reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Workmanship

We take pride in our work and strive to provide quality service on every project. If a customer believes there is an issue related to our workmanship, they should contact us promptly so we can evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, disclosing known electrical issues when possible, and ensuring that pets, valuables, and personal belongings are secured during service.

Limitation of Liability

Griffin Electric shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by conditions outside of our control, including utility outages, hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, weather events, or actions of third parties. Liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
